Inserting a table problem

I am trying to insert a league table onto the foroum from an external source but everytime i try it ends up being a mess. I spoke to a friend who has his own forum he said he just clicks a button saying insert preformatted text, but there isnt one on this type of forum, just wondering if there is another way, or even a better way of inserting a league table, it does need updating every week, so i was hoping to just be able to copy and paste it in so no need for any extra work.
Any help would be greatfully appreciated cheers

This league table, is it an excel file or another format? It's generally not possible to import preformatted text automatically, but probably there is another way that is not that work-intensive.
